Founders Wellness is a 4-week coaching program that develops wellness led authentic leadership for founders of social enterprises. The main goal of the program is to guard the purity and integrity of the solution the founder is providing. Our approach is to help the Founder clarify how the personal impacts the professional aspects and how that influences the overall execution of their contribution/intervention to a social problem or need.
A CLEAR WHY Clarifying the inspiration
In this stage, you take time to reflect on your values, strengths and support system. You tap into your authentic convictions to reconnect and reignite the fire of your vision
THE HERE AND NOWTaking stock of where you are
Here you analyze the journey to where you are now. You get to notice the lessons learnt, the perspectives that have been challenged, the toll the journey has taken on your wellbeing.
UNFINISHED BUSINESSHealing of wounded parts
You get to process hurtful experiences you have held on to. You identify patterns and unhelpful ways of coping that are impacting your personal and professional life.
THE NEW FRONTIERNew direction, new plans
Clarity from the three stages shapes a new trajectory, a new narrative for intentional living. You design the environment that embraces who you are becoming and honors your future self.
